The Elevator Pitch
YSM Racing Club was born in 2022; the creation of two friends from the Isle of Man. The original plan was to create a modest PFL stable.

Needless to say, things snowballed a little.
​
Fast forward 2 years + and we are now a syndicated stable, with three new members joining the two originals - and we all have become close friends.
​
And all of us have basked and reveled in our shared glory since the game went live. We're all two-time Virtual Kentucky Derby winners, and damn proud of it.
What's In A Name?
YSM Racing Club is named after Yn Stanlagh Mooar – the Manx Gaelic name of James Stanley, the 7th Earl of Derby. Little known fact, he founded the first Derby horse races in history, which were run in Langness in the Isle of Man, open to only a unique breed of Manx horses. The first ever Derby races. Ever ran. In the world. Ever. On the little old Isle of Man. Look at us. Who’d have thought? Not me.
Once we found out that the functional currency in PFL was $DERBY – well, the name was a no brainer. We’re hell-bent on becoming PFLs new Earls of $DERBY.
What About The Logo?
Look. We’re suckers for detail. The new Logo is a bad-ass icon with a load of custom etchings, meticulously selected to be reflective of the YSM heritage. Take a look at the infographic.
